There are fats with a halo over their heads as well and they are crucial for good health. These healthy fats  are monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats which are found in oils such as olive, canola, sunflower, sesame, nut oils and in foods such as peanut butter, fatty fish (they comprise healthy omega 3 fats) and many more. However, be wary of saturated fats and trans fats and avoid them at all costs.
